Hanaa is extremely passionate about educating individuals on the importance of saving and investing in one's future. She has been a Financial Coach for over 14 years, holding specialized sessions with thousands of people on how to improve their personal money management skills. Her one-to-one consultancy offers tailor-made solutions to the financial challenges of every individual.

Hanaa doesn't sell you any products. Her aim is to change people's psychology and attitudes towards money and inspire them to be motivated to take more responsibility of their financial future. Hanaa works one-on-one with clients to help them take the appropriate steps to manage and invest their money in the correct way.

She does this by focusing on the psychology behind why and how clients spend their money, seeking to change their unwanted behavior and helping them find solutions in managing and growing their money more effectively.

هناء الهنائي، هي الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "ليفا للتأمين"، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التأمين في عمان.

تمتلك خبرة محلية ودولية قوية تمتد لأكثر من 22 عامًا. خبيرة متمرسة في مجالي التأمين والمصارف، تمتلك سجل حافل بالنجاحات في التأمينات العامة والحيوية، والخدمات المصرفية للأفراد، والاستثمارات، وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات، وابتكار المنتجات، وتطوير رحلة العميل، والتسويق، والإطار التنظيمي.

تحمل هناء درجة الماجستير في التمويل وبكالوريوس في إدارة المخاطر المالية من جامعة فيكتوريا في أستراليا. وهي خريجة برنامج الرؤساء التنفيذيين الوطني الذي تقدمه كلية إدارة الأعمال الدولية (IMD) وديوان البلاط السلطاني. كما أنها خريجة العديد من برامج القيادة التنفيذية الأخرى مثل كلية لندن للأعمال وIMD

حصلت على شهادة في التأمين من المعهد المعتمد للتأمين في المملكة المتحدة، وهي أيضًا مصرفية إسلامية معتمدة من قبل المعهد الدولي للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية (CIBAFI)
